Shopping on-line can sometimes be confusing so the following Terms and Conditions are to ensure that Occasional Crafts is a secure and safe place to buy your crafting materials.

Occasional Crafts reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime and any amendments will be displayed on the website.
ORDERS
You can currently only buy products from Occasional Crafts through our website.
Occasional Crafts has no minimum order value.
To order on-line at Occasional Crafts, you can simply add individual products to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout.
Your basket can be viewed, at any time, by simply clicking on “ “ icon.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
No contract shall come into force until full payment has been received.
You must ensure that all details you provide are accurate and up to date, which includes delivery address and communication details. If any changes are to be made, please notify Occasional Crafts as soon as possible.
All orders are processed on a “first come, first served” basis.
Once an order has been placed and accepted, cancellation cannot be made except at our discretion.
All delivery times quoted are an estimate only and Occasional Crafts cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or costs you incur due to any delay in the processing of the order.

PAYMENTS
All prices displayed are in UK Pound (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT (17.5%) where applicable.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Cheque or Postal Order. For all on-line payments, transactions are processed using a secure server and no details are stored.
No goods will be dispatched until full payment, which includes any delivery charges, has been made in full. If payment is made by cheque, goods will only be dispatched on clearance of the cheque.

Our website is designed to work in the same way as a typical craft shop and if an item is not in stock, you should not be able to buy.

If, for any reason, the products are “out of stock”, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered the choice of either waiting until further stock is received or receiving a refund for the sum paid by you.
