Occasional Crafts aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days and usually faster, on products that are in stock.

There is no postage and packing charges for Gift Vouchers
Returns, for whatever reason, must be authorised by Occasional Crafts. Please contact Occasional Crafts as soon as possible either by e-mail or telephone.
All returned products must be packaged carefully.
For faulty products or a wrong item, we will replace or refund the product plus return postage, where applicable.
For wrong quantities, we will send the balance immediately or refund is stock is unavailable.
If you are unhappy with any of your products, please contact us within 7 days. The item can be returned for a refund of the product costs but original postage and return postage will not be refunded.
When returning products, it is your responsibility for the safe transportation. We therefore recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office and for items of value we recommend that you use recorded delivery. Occasional Crafts do not accept responsibility for products lost in transit.
